Job Title:	Customer Services Administrator
Reports To:	Customer Services Team Leader
Business Unit:	Investment Funds Direct Limited
Hours of Work:	The contractual hours are 9.00 a.m. � 5.30 p.m., flexibility is required
Description:	To undertake Customer Services tasks as directed by the Customer Services Team Leader to maintain the quality of IFDLs Customer Services
Responsibilities:	To provide an effective support and advice role to Operational staff and other key personnel on key aspects of Customer Service To capture and quality check MIS in a timely manner, to support the Customer Services Team Leader, ensuring the effectiveness of the Customer Services Team To deal with any client/IFA queries received by post, email, fax or phone until the matter has been satisfactorily resolved To undertake all duties in a timely manner Ensure that all new systems, procedures or policies are followed as directed by the Customer Services Team Leader. Providing suggestions for improvement where applicable To review the current procedures and to recommend any changes to the Customer Services Team Leader Taking on ad hoc duties and tasks as and when from the Customer Services Team Leader
Qualifications:	Recognised Customer Services Qualification e.g. NVQ
Required Skills:	Excellent Customer Service skills Previous experience in Financial Services, Funds/Equity administration or working for an IFA An good understanding of investment products, ISA/PEP/Unit Trust and SIPP/Pensions PC literacy and internet skills Working to tight deadlines
Personal Qualities:	A team player Good communication skills Good planning, time management and organisational skills Confident manner both written and verbally Attention to detail Ability to work under pressure Ability to be flexible and learn quickly
