A capital disclosure document has been prepared by Investment Funds Direct Limited (“IFDL”), a company regulated by the Financial Services Authority, in accordance with the requirements of Pillar 3. IFDL is a BIPRU Limited Licence Firm and is a subsidiary of The Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Limited (RLMIS).
It is anticipated that future disclosures will be issued on an annual basis in conjunction with the publication of the Annual Report and Accounts and/or the ICAAP submission to the FSA.
The report has been prepared and approved by the IFDL Executive Management Team and approved by the IFDL Board. The process will not be externally audited, but subjected to the internal Royal London governance procedures.
