Technology

The Ascentric Wrap service is delivered by a "state of the art" web-based Stockbroking system called "Bluebutton".

The system is written predominantly in Microsoft.NET supported by a SQL Server Database. It is effectively a wholly integrated Stockbroker, Fund Supermarket and Banking system - all in one. All transaction history is stored on the database and is easily retrievable. This means that users have access to many detailed standard reports and can drill down to constituent parts of basic information available at portfolio level.

The .NET front end means that interfaces with third party support services such as tools and IFA back offices are easy to implement.
