Clive Boothman has over twenty years experience in financial services and investment management.
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Clive began his City career with Schroders, where he built up their UK unit trust business to be one of the largest and most successful in the UK. He then became Managing Director of their global Private Clients business, before leaving to run Gerrard, an amalgamation of Greig Middleton and Capel Cure Sharp, forming the largest private client stockbroker in the UK.
More recently, Clive has run Cofunds, the UK’s largest independent funds supermarket, before undertaking a number of consulting assignments and non-executive positions.
Clive is well known within the industry, having been past Chairman of AUTIF (now the IMA) and a board member of APCIMS and LAUTRO.
