Hawksmoor Investment Management
|
 |
Hawksmoor has five key differentiators:
-
Multimanager and Model Portfolios - The multimanager Vanbrugh Fund was launched in February 2009 and the Active Portfolios were launched in April 2010. The same investment process informs the Vanbrugh Fund and the Active Portfolios.
-
Award-Winning Managers - Richard Scott has been a specialist fund-of-funds manager since 1995 and was Citywire International Manager of the Year in 2002. Daniel Lockyer has been a specialist fund-of-funds manager since 2005 and was Investment Week Cautious Manager of the Year in 2008. Richard Scott and Daniel Lockyer are the co-managers of the Vanbrugh Fund and the Model Portfolios.
-
Dynamic Risk Management - The services provided by Hawksmoor through its Active Portfolios include asset allocation and fund selection. In addition, Hawksmoor provides a risk management service by allocating a risk range to its Active Portfolios rather than a single risk score. Thus risk is managed within set parameters to take account of changing market conditions. The four Active Portfolios cover the risk range from 2 to 8 out of 10.
-
Active and Passive Portfolios - In addition to four Active Portfolios, Hawksmoor offers three Passive Portfolios. The Passive Portfolios were launched in October 2009 and are designed to track the FTSE/APCIMS Private Investor Indices.
-
Competitive Charges - Hawksmoor's annual charge for the Active Portfolios is 0.30% + VAT and for the Passive Portfolios it is 0.25% + VAT. The annual charge for the Vanbrugh Fund is 1.50%, which includes 0.50% payable to IFAs.
