The changes we're making as part of the move to the new platform mean that we need to let your clients know.

What does this mean for you and your clients?

Our initial move saw us take across selected clients with ISA, GIA or third party products to our new platform. Soon we’ll be contacting all remaining clients including those who hold SIPPs or are in family groups which contain SIPPs, or some more complex products such as selected trust, charity or corporate accounts. We will also sweep up any clients we were unable to move in the first phase.

We will start writing to your clients from October onwards to let them know that the changes will be made between mid-November 2018 and early January 2019.

In addition to sending a letter, we are also making copies available in the Private Investor section of the Ascentric website.  Links to copies of all communications are included below.

Your client notification ‘at-a-glance’ checklist

  • Read: Here are our existing terms (which will remain relevant to those clients who don’t move in this phase) and the new terms.
  • Be aware: The new terms will be effective from when your client moves to the new platform. 
  • Be aware: To ensure new clients are aware of the changes, we will from now onwards provide a copy of the client terms letter after they receive their fulfilment materials.

Insert for online users
There will be a guide for clients with online access who will need to check their login credentials on the old platform. They’ll need these in order to activate access to the new platform. Please check with your online clients that they are aware of this. If they’ve forgotten their login details, or not used them for a while, now’s the time to get them reinstated.
