As well as this support page, please keep an eye on the “platform updates” area once you've logged in. We’ll be using that space to provide regular news on how things are going, and further tips on getting to grips with the new system.

If you’re unsure whether your clients have moved yet, it’s likely that they’re still on our old platform. If none of your clients have been moved across, only use this platform.

You’ll know if some or all of your clients have moved across to the new platform. This is where you’ll find them. Please do not try and access the new platform if none of your clients have been moved across yet.

Dual running in practice

If some but not all of your clients have moved to the new platform, you’ll have a period of running both platforms in tandem – ‘dual running’. Get some tips on how to manage this.
