I’m really pleased to confirm that the rollout of our new platform has been a success so far. Following the weekend’s release, the first group of adviser firms and clients has been moved to the new platform. Thank you to all our users who have worked with us to get to this point.
We’re not celebrating just yet. If there’s one thing we’ve learnt from ours and others’ experiences, it’s that implementing technology changes like this isn’t easy. There may be issues that present themselves along the way that we need to manage together. I’m confident we’ve a strong team on hand to guide our users through these initial stages. I’m also confident that no matter what happens, we’ll make sure our teams keep our users up to date through regular platform updates, calls and email.
For those of you that are in this first phase, if you spot anything or have a question, please let our Business Development team know and keep your eyes peeled for emails from us with important updates.

Many of you have attended our training webinars or used our online training hub and are ready to implement the new platform in your business. We've also created a brand new platform support centre, which includes information on:
- Making sure you and your team can login to the new platform.
- Finding your way around with our navigation guide.
- Familiarising yourself with the ten main changes to the platform.
- Getting to grips with running two platforms.
- Helping clients with online access to login.
- Getting a flavour of the client literature supporting the new platform.
