The focus of our technology upgrade is to ensure we can best meet the needs of an evolving market for financial advice, now and in the future.  This is part of our commitment to continuing to improve the service we offer to you and your clients.  As part of our technology upgrade we’ve taken the opportunity to review and redevelop our entire suite of literature and completely redesigned our online client application process in order to make your life easier.

Clear and simple

Our new suite has been designed with the client in mind – it’s clear, consistent, simpler and jargon free.  Take a look at our new terms for clients to see what we mean – we’ve reorganised the structure to create a document with a logical flow; from signing up for a new account, through investing, paying in and making withdrawals, right through to transferring away.

Slick and efficient

We have also improved our Online Client Setup (OCS) solution with easier to navigate screens and everything that the client will need to approve provided in one place. The benefits from the new system include efficient client and account set up ensuring you can complete everything you need in one go:

  1. You set the expectation of what will be coming into the account
  2. You determine the investment strategy
  3. You determine what fees will be paid and when
  4. Investments and fees are triggered automatically as soon as cash and transfers are received
