We've upgraded our technology

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to upgrade the technology we use to support your investments. Improving our systems will enable us to better support you and your adviser in the future through more efficient service and readily available information.

Accessing the platform

When your account is upgraded, you'll be automatically redirected to the new platform and asked to set up your new login details.

Once you've followed this process, you need to use these new details each time you log in. 

Go to the new platform 

Please note, for a small number of clients the login process will be different. These people will automatically be sent a letter after they’ve migrated, confirming the process they need to follow to access the new platform. Your financial adviser will be able to tell you if you’ll be sent a letter or not.

Password resets

Once you're using the new platform, you can reset your own password. Previously you had to contact our Customer Services team. You can use the online password reset option to reset your own password details as long as you remember your security information.

If you can’t remember your login and security details then you need to contact our Customer Services team on 0345 600 5360.
